Our family recently stayed at the lovely hotel in Cheltenham and we had a wonderful experience. Upon entering our room, we were pleased to find it very comfortable, with a cosy bed and a window that actually opened to let in some fresh air. the fridge and microwave were a huge bonus for us, as we were able to store some snacks and heat up leftovers from dinner.
